Breathing for Now is a service operated by Voll Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 09302803). Registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Voll Studios Ltd.

Breathing for Now provides guided breathing exercises through a website and progressive web app. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a heart, lung, or anxiety condition, talk to a clinician before doing breathwork practices.

You sign in with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. If you lose access, contact us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown at /pricing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Premium access until then.

If you're not happy with Premium, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it. No questions, no forms.

Beyond 7 days, refunds are at our discretion but generally available for unused renewal periods if you ask reasonably.

Use Breathing for Now for breathing. Don't attempt to break, abuse, scrape, or interfere with the service. Don't share your account with others; one account per person.

Your data belongs to you. We process it under our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time from your account page.

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and safe, but we make no guarantees about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific outcomes from any breathing practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes get an email notice. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
